Q: The packages don’t have what I want!
Well, run on over to the Contact page and flick us a message with what you are interested in having in your package and we’ll see what we can do (we’ll price it up for you too!).
Q: How do I order a blog design?
Go to the prices page, find a blog package you like, and then click the “Want a blog design? Order here!” button! Fill in the order form, and then we’ll get back to you asap.
Q: How do I order a personalized sketch?
Go to the prices page, click on the “Just want a personalized sketch? Order here!” button! Fill in the order form for us, and then we’ll get back to you asap.
Q: I want a personalized sketch, how much is it? Also, how do I pay?
Personalized family sketches prices are listed on the prices page and the same with the one person/singular sketch prices, they are listed in the “Extra Sweetness” box. All payments are made via paypal, which is a very easy and simple thing to do. If you haven’t got a paypal account, go here to do so.
Q: Will you sponsor my giveaway?
Contact us and find out! The answer may vary, depending on how much time we have, but it never hurts to ask.
Q: Do you design Wordpress blogs?
At the moment, no. But we might consider this as a possibility a little further on in the future!
Q: I would love more than two pictures in my header, can I get this?
You can get this! Each extra picture in the header is £8 ($13). Just order the package you want and add in the note box that you would like an extra picture. Then I will add the extra price onto your package. Easy!
Q: Do you ever do freebies?
Not on Truly Yours Designs; if you are interested in freebies, Jess sometimes does them on her personal blog, Yours Truly. Check it out!
Q: Do you accept payments through any service other than PayPal?
Nope. PayPal is the safest and the easiest way to pay. It is super easy to set up your own account if you don’t have one, so don’t be afraid to get one going! Paypal Site
Q: I love your designs, but they are a little too pricey for me! Do you ever do sales?
Thank you! And although we realize that our packages can seem pricey, they are very personalized, unique and a great permanent look for your blog (no messing around for you, and looks “fashionable” for ages!). However, we will have some sales when Truly Yours Designs has been online a little longer.
Q: Can you teach me how to design my own blog?
Jess is able to show you some basic designing, but she can’t give too much away! Also, it does depend on how much time she has, so head on over to the Contact page and flick her a message.
