PUBLISHING TYPE:

Please note, that these designs I make are only for the use of Blogger (Blogspot) hosted blogs only. Your blog can always have a custom domain name, but it has to be hosted ON Blogger.

AUTHORIZATION:

Before installing your site, we will ask you to invite us to be a temporary administrator of your blog. This is so we can place the design on your blog. No password will be requested for unless needed!

DESIGN USAGE:

--------------------------------------------

The design you're purchasing is single-use only; you may not apply it to multiple blogs. If you'd like the same template used on another blog, we can apply it for an extra fee! You cannot resell or redistribute any of the templates.

DESIGN SELECTION:

--------------------------------------------

We have the right to refuse a design which we feel we cannot undertake, or is sexist, racist, pornographic, or illegal in content. We do not have to inform you why we refuse to make a blog design. Likewise, we reserve the right to terminate an open project, if we feel we cannot meet the client's demands.

PORTFOLIO:

We also have the right to display all work, including finished templates and preview sites, for reasons of promotion and advertisement of our blog design website.

DESIGN METHOD + AMENDMENT:

--------------------------------------------

The primary design process takes two weeks. After this time, we'll send you a screen clip of the blog. If you're not satisfied with the blog design, we offer one whole or partial remake. After you specify the changes you'd like done to your design through the Amendment Form, we'll work for a further week on your site! After this, any alterations will be done by the hour and added to your final fee.

CREDIT:

All designs will be installed with a small, discreet text link at the bottom of the blog. Each blog we design must have a link back to Truly Yours Designs. This credit is required and must stay intact. Cheers!

PAYMENTS + REIMBURSEMENTS:

Precise Design Jobs - Before beginning your design, we'll send you a link to a detailed order form (which you must fill in, in order for me start your blog design) and at the end of the form, I will ask you to pay a 50% deposit of the total fee. Once this is paid, I'll begin working on your design.

FREE-LANCE RATE:

--------------------------------------------

All revision after the week of grace will be charged by the hour ($20/hr). All payment must be made via paypal. Truly Yours Designs consents to no other form of transaction and due to the nature of the packages, they are non-refundable.

PERSONALIZED ART:

The drawings drawn by our artist cannot be manipulated, so we ask that you do not request for a change of style of the drawing, as the style is her own. You can request for the position/clothing/hair to be altered, but the style must not be modified. Thanks!
